Due to the nature of the products being sold, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please ensure your product selection, shipping and billing addresses are correct.

Contact us within 24 hours of ordering for possible correction of the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds / Exchanges

Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you have a special circumstance such as ordering an incorrect item or quantity.  We will do our best to rectify the situation.  After 24 hours the order goes into production and no refund or exchange is possible.
